Ready to Wear
All Tea in the Garden rental garments are professionally laundered and pressed, and hired for either six- or ten-day periods. We deliver Australia-wide or offer a pick up and drop off service to Townsville customers.
At Tea in the Garden, we prioritise sustainability in every aspect of our service, including our packaging. Your selected attire is meticulously prepared for its journey, arriving in eco-conscious packaging.
Upon receiving your fashion ensemble, you'll find a Garment Care Card included, providing general information for your convenience. We recommend taking a moment to hang the garment upon arrival, allowing the fabric to relax and any travel-induced wrinkles to dissipate. Additionally, prior to wearing, spot steaming of garments to help relax any wrinkles and ensure the fabric looks its best is accepted.
When it's time to bid farewell to your fashion moment, returning your garment is a breeze. If you are returning by post simply place the unlaundered hire garment into the provided prepaid pre-addressed satchel ensuring its return aligns with the specified date on your Garment Care Card. This ensures a seamless experience for you, allowing us to handle the rest while you contribute to a greener tomorrow.
If you are collecting your hire outfit from our Townsville office, your item will be prepared and ready in its garment bag for collection at our agreed pick up time. After enjoying your fashion moment, it’s as easy as popping your unlaundered hire outfit into its garment bag and returning the item to Tea in the Garden at the pre-arranged drop off time.
